The Heritage Collection

The existing building will retain the warmth and character of its traditional architecture while each residence is comprehensively modernized. Interiors will feature taupe-grey Shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, warm wood-look flooring and striking new bathrooms.

The result will be a collection that preserves the building’s established character while providing the comfort, functionality and finish expected from a contemporary luxury residence.

"268 Montgomery reflects our belief that rental living deserves the same design attention as top hospitality projects. We believe in the Main Line, and that the smallest details transform a home."

– George Kyrtsis, Core Development

The development will comprise two complementary buildings: the Heritage Collection, featuring seven fully renovated residences within an existing historic-style property, and the Montgomery Collection, a new building with four residences.
